托福考试虽然没有任何的捷径，但是托福的备考是有许多策略还是可以帮助大家在 一定时间段内，将自己的英语水平实现质的飞跃，从而带动分数的突飞猛进。首先呢，需要你养成一个良好的学习习惯和正确的学习心态：

你需要一个时间规划

　　首先，你要有合理的时间规划，这一点真的很关键。托福的备考首要阶段非常重要的是词汇、阅读长难句、听力的跟读和听写。

　　词汇可以帮助各项打下坚实的基础;

　　长难句是很多托福阅读学生的“老大难”，在阅读中挡住大多数学生的去路，要通过读长难句的翻译和解析，读懂长难句，做到了解句式结构以及句子的深层含义;

　　听力的跟读不但可以练习听力的辨音同时可以练习纠正口语的发音。第二阶段是强化的阶段，这个阶段需要通过习题去练习;

　　阅读需要三篇一起练习，记录正确率;

　　听力需要两个 section一起练习，锻炼篇章理解和集中注意力的能力;

　　口语和写作要准备输出的段子。第三阶段是冲刺阶段，这个阶段可以适当的看一下备考资料。

　　其实，不管是托福学习还是考试，都需要有一个科学的学习方法，这样不仅可以提率，还有可能收获双倍的效果，取得优异的托福成绩。
对很多学生来说，口语是很大的一个难题。很多学生都希望能在短时间内提升自己的托福口语成绩，其实这里面是有技巧的。有一些经验可以借鉴。

Practice wherever you can and wheneveryou can。Any practice is good，whether you speak to someone who is a native Englishspeaker or not。

随时随地练习口语。

It's important to build your confidence.If possible，use simple English sentence structure that you know is correct，sothat you can concentrate on getting your message across。

以表达清晰为主，句型多样化为次。

Try to experiment with the English you know。Use words and phrases you know in new situations。Native English speakers are more likely to correct you if you use the wrong word than if you use the wrong grammar。Experimenting with vocabulary is a really good way of getting feed back。

大胆运用所掌握的词汇，不要过分拘泥于语法。

Try to respond to what people say to you。You can often get clues to what people think by looking at their body language。Respond to them in a natural way。

透过身体语言理解对方意思并作出回应。

Try not to translate from or into your own language。This takes too much time and will make you more hesitant。

尽量避免翻译。

If you forget a word，do what native English speakers do all the time，and say things that“fill”the conversation。This is better than being completely silent。Try using um or er，if you forget the word。

遇到不知该如何表达的时候，用一些常用词表示自己正在思考。

Don't speak too fast。It's important to use a natural rhythm when speaking English。But if you speak too fast，it will be difficult for people to understand you。

语速不要过快。

Try to relax when you speak。When you speak English at a normal speed，you will discover that most of the pronunciation skills，such as linking between words，will happen automatically。
