Practice wherever you can and wheneveryou can。Any practice is good，whether you speak to someone who is a native Englishspeaker or not。

It's important to build your confidence.If possible，use simple English sentence structure that you know is correct，sothat you can concentrate on getting your message across。

以表达清晰为主，句型多样化为次。

Try to experiment with the English you know。Use words and phrases you know in new situations。Native English speakers are more likely to correct you if you use the wrong word than if you use the wrong grammar。Experimenting with vocabulary is a really good way of getting feed back。

大胆运用所掌握的词汇，不要过分拘泥于语法。

Try to respond to what people say to you。You can often get clues to what people think by looking at their body language。Respond to them in a natural way。

透过身体语言理解对方意思并作出回应。

Try not to translate from or into your own language。This takes too much time and will make you more hesitant。

尽量避免翻译。

If you forget a word，do what native English speakers do all the time，and say things that“fill”the conversation。This is better than being completely silent。Try using um or er，if you forget the word。

遇到不知该如何表达的时候，用一些常用词表示自己正在思考。

Don't speak too fast。It's important to use a natural rhythm when speaking English。But if you speak too fast，it will be difficult for people to understand you。

语速不要过快。

Try to relax when you speak。When you speak English at a normal speed，you will discover that most of the pronunciation skills，such as linking between words，will happen automatically。

　　很多学生在准备托福口语考试时容易陷入误区，认为托福口语考试的准备不需要词汇的积累。

　　其实对于托福口语来说，词汇积累是非常重要的，除了词汇的积累，还要准确地理解这些词汇的用法，才能准确地将这些词汇运用到口语表达中。

　　词汇积累是口语练习的基础。没有足够的词汇积累，就可能无法在口语表达中想出合适的词汇，这可能会导致回答问题不够流利。

通过跟随和模仿来练习英语口语

　　托福口语考试分为独立口语和综合口语两部分。综合口语需要大家总结归纳听力材料，所以大家一定要让自己在平时的练习中有这样的能力。提高英语口语较有效的方法之一就是跟着读。

　　在接下来的阅读练习中，我们不仅要跟读内容，还要模仿发音，纠正一些发音错误。刚开始练跟读的时候，练习整句跟读，听一个句子后，根据说话人的语调跟读出来。

　　练习到一定程度后，你应该试着整篇文章转述。先听听力材料，边听边做笔记。播放完整段音频后，你可以根据自己的笔记复述听力材料的大意。

　　复述练习是为一般英语口语做准备。如果你想复述文章的大意，不必与原文完全相同，但不要有遗漏的要点。
