口语的考试心态要好。我经常跟读，跟读跟练口语很有关系的，很有用，我会跟读TPO的听力素材(较 好是已经做过听力练习的素材)，这样一举两得，既练习了听力，又锻炼了口语。上课的时候要认真掌握老师提供的答题套路(对于Task3-6适用)，考前多联系。 对于Task1-2, 不仅仅要掌握老师教授的套路，还要提炼出自己的熟练的模板和故事素材。在考试的时候能够胸有成竹。

写作：写作是我的弱项，考前特意练习了打字能力，整理了20个topic的写作模板，找老师修改过。考试的时候感觉写得蛮好，分数还是没有达到自己的预期。写作还要多练习。

听力：听力一直很有信心，拿到30分。听力没有捷径，能力提高了，分数自然就高了。抓住一切机会练听力，比方说洗澡，睡觉前都可以听TPO，反复听。做题其实没有那么重要，听力的题目不难，如果听明白了，都会做。

学习的时候专注，不想学习的时候去打篮球，看电影，玩会游戏，看NBA篮球赛。尽量不要在呆在卧室里自习，效率太低，在教室或者图书馆，安静并且有学习氛围的地方是不错的。

放平心态， 要有好的心理暗示，坚信自己可以完成目标。
